Common use of Assistant Secretary Clause in Contracts

Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary, or if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Executive Committee, or if there by no such determination, the Assistant Secretary designated by the Executive Committee, shall, in the absence or disability of the Secretary, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and shall such other duties and have such other powers as the Executive Committee may from time to time prescribe.

Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretaryassistant secretary, or if any, or, if there be is more than one, the Assistant Secretaries assistant secretaries in the order determined by the Executive Committeeboard of directors or, or if there by no in lieu of such determination, the Assistant Secretary designated by the Executive Committee, president or the secretary shall, in the absence or disability of the Secretarysecretary or in case such duties are specifically delegated to him by the board of directors, the chairman, or the secretary, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary secretary and shall shall, under the supervision of the secretary, perform such other duties and have such other powers as are prescribed by the Executive Committee may board of directors, the chairman, or the secretary from time to time prescribetime.

They shall such perform other duties and have such other powers as the Executive Committee board of directors may from time to time prescribeprescribe or as the president may from time to time delegate.

Assistant Secretary.
