Assistant Vice Presidents. With respect to each Assistant Vice President and the Vice President to whom such Assistant Vice President reports, such Assistant Vice President, or if there be more than one, the Assistant Vice President reporting to a given Vice President in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no determination, then in the order of their election), shall, in the absence of such Vice President or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of such Vice President and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.
