The Trustee is hereby granted all powers necessary to employ any person or persons the Trustee deems advisable for the proper administration of any Trust, including but not limited to: attorneys-at-law, accountants, financial planners, brokers, investment advisors, realtors, managers for businesses or farms, technical consultants, attorneys-in-fact, agents and any other consultants and assistants.
