Common use of Assisted-Incentive Retirement Clause in Contracts

Assisted-Incentive Retirement. The School District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer an incentive, not to exceed one (1) year's Base-Compensation (Appendix A) amount to those Teachers whose retirement will meet the educational needs of the School District.
