Assisting Displaced Persons. Displaced permanent employees will be managed in accordance with Section 56 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 (as amended) and any related Premier’s Circulars. Temporary employees who are displaced will be advised of their options by the Human Resources Department. Should a permanent employee be successfully redeployed into another position at a lower salary level within the SOH, the No Financial Disadvantage clause in this Agreement will operate.
