ASSOCIATE DEGREE / LIBRARY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION. U Instructional support personnel, including but not limited to tutors, library personnel, and computer lab staff with an Associate or higher degree will receive a stipend equal to $630.00 annually to be paid as part of their monthly compensation. Classified Librarians who possess Library Technician Certification from an accredited program, but do not have an Associate or higher degree, will receive a stipend equal to $525.00 annually to be paid as part of their monthly compensation.
