Association Conventions. Leave of absence without loss of seniority, but without pay, may be granted upon request to the Board by Employees elected or appointed to represent the Association at Association conventions. Such time shall not exceed a total of twenty-four (24) days in any one year to all members belonging to the Association. The Division shall, if requested by the Association, continue to pay the Employee during the periods of leave of absence without pay as if he/she had remained at work.
