Association Facilities and Services Sample Clauses

The "Association Facilities and Services" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use and maintenance of shared amenities and services provided by an association, such as a homeowners' or condominium association. This clause typically outlines which facilities (like pools, gyms, or common areas) are available to members, the rules for their use, and any associated fees or restrictions. By clearly specifying access and obligations, the clause helps prevent disputes over facility usage and ensures all members understand their entitlements and responsibilities regarding shared resources.
