Association Lien Payoff. In the event the Property is subject to mandatory association assessments or other fees, 249 which may impose a lien, Seller shall cause to be delivered to Buyer or Buyer’s Closing Agent not later than seven 250 (7) days before Closing a lien payoff, estoppel letter or a statement of account reflecting that the account relating to 251 the Property is current or setting forth the sum due to bring the account current.
