– Association Security Compliance. On the written demand of the Association, any Employee who has been employed for more than sixty (60) days and is not in compliance with 5.1 of this Article shall be separated by the Employer provided 5.2 or 5.3 does not apply. The Employer must provide written notice to the Employee thirty (30) days prior to separation.
