Common use of Association’s Powers and Duties Clause in Contracts

Association’s Powers and Duties. Subject to the Rules, the Association can do all things it considers to be necessary, desirable or appropriate: (a) for the operation, management, administration, and protection of the Project; and (b) for the maintenance, repair, alteration, addition, improvement, rebuilding and restoration of the Project.
