Associazione dell’account Mac App Store. Se avete acquistato il Software Apple relativo a questa Licenza preinstallato da Apple sull’hardware Apple, avete la possibilità di associare il Software Apple all’account Mac App Store. Se scegliete di farlo, tutte le altre applicazioni software Apple preinstallate da Apple sul Vostro hardware Apple al momento dell’acquisto (ad esclusione di OS X, Safari, applicazioni e strumenti di sistema) (“Applicazioni associate”) verranno automaticamente vincolate al Vostro account Mac App Store. Il Software Apple Software e le “Applicazioni associate” saranno quindi soggetti alle Regole d’Uso anziché ai xxxxxxx xxxxx licenza per copia singola e non saranno trasferibili. Tutti gli altri xxxxxxx xxxxx licenza originale relativi a tali “Applicazioni associate” continueranno ad essere validi. Associando il Software Apple e qualsiasi altra applicazione software Apple all’account Mac App Store, accettate che Apple possa utilizzare e conservare il Vostro ID Apple (come descritto nel paragrafo 2E di seguito) e un identificatore hardware unico del computer per verificare l’idoneità dell’account.
