Common use of Assumed Authority Clause in Contracts

Assumed Authority. Any such person, firm or corporation may conclusively assume that the Trustee has full power and authority to receive and receipt for any money or property becoming due and payable to the Trustee. No such person shall be bound to inquire as to the disposition or application of any money or property paid to the Trustee or paid in accordance with the written directions of the Trustee.
