Common use of Assumed Names Clause in Contracts

Assumed Names. Schedule 4.8 is a complete and correct list of all assumed or “doing business as” names currently or, within five (5) years of the date of this Agreement used by the Company Group, including names on any websites. Since the date of the Company’s incorporation, none of the members of the Company Group has used any name other than the names listed on Schedule 4.8 to conduct the Business. The Company Group has filed appropriate “doing business as” certificates in all applicable jurisdictions with respect to itself.
