Common use of Assumption Agreement Clause in Contracts

Assumption Agreement. An assumption agreement for the Assumed Liabilities, substantially in the form and to the effect of Exhibit H attached hereto (the “Assumption Agreement”); and

Assumption Agreement. An A duly executed assumption agreement for evidencing the assumption by Buyer of the Assumed Liabilities, substantially Liabilities in accordance with the form and to the effect of Exhibit H attached hereto (the “Assumption Agreement”); andterms herein.
