Assumption and Extension Fee. Contemporaneous with the execution of this Agreement, Replacement Borrower shall pay an assumption fee and extension of 0.20% (20 bps) of the Loan to Lender in the amount of FORTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($40,480.00) (the "Assumption and Extension Fee"). The Assumption and Extension Fee shall be deemed fully earned as of the date of this Agreement. The Assumption and Extension Fee shall not be refundable for any reason.
