Common use of Assumption Document Clause in Contracts

Assumption Document. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Assumption Document. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Closing Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GO, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Assumption Document. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Closing Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GE, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GE, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.22.6, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Closing Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GEXHIBIT I, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Closing Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GI, evidencing Buyer's ’s assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "“Assumption Document"”).

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Gof the Assignment and Assumption, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.2, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").

Assumption Document. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Closing Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit GAnnex F, evidencing Buyer's assumption, pursuant to Section 2.22.3, of the Assumed Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").
