Common use of Assumption Document Clause in Contracts

Assumption Document. Upon the terms and subject to the ------------------- conditions set forth herein, at the Closing, HDA shall deliver to the Company an instrument of assumption substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, evidencing HDA's assumption of all liabilities of the Company, pursuant to Section 1.4 hereof, excluding the Excluded Liabilities (the "Assumption Document").
