Assumption of Assumed Obligations by Buyer. Upon Closing, Buyer shall be deemed to have assumed all of the Assumed Obligations. From and after the Closing Date, Buyer covenants and agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities related to or arising out of the Assumed Obligations.
