Common use of Assumption of Lease Clause in Contracts

Assumption of Lease. Assignee hereby accepts the foregoing assignment of the Lease and assumes all of the obligations of Assignor, as tenant, under and pursuant to the Lease.

Assumption of Lease. Assignee hereby accepts the foregoing assignment of the Lease from Assignor described in paragraph 1 above and assumes and agrees to perform all of the obligations and duties of Assignor, as tenant, Assignor under and pursuant the Lease to the Leaseextent arising or accruing under the Lease from and after the Closing Date.

Assumption of Lease. Assignee hereby accepts from Assignor the foregoing assignment assignment. Acceptance of the Lease assignment is subject to all the terms, covenants, conditions and assumes all agreements contained in the lease. Assignee agrees in favor of the landlord to faithfully perform all obligations of Assignor, as tenant, the tenant under and pursuant to the Leaselease.

Assumption of Lease. Assignee hereby accepts assignment of Assignor’s interest in the foregoing assignment Lease, assumes all obligations associated therewith (including but not limited to those predating this Agreement), and accepts, adopts and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Lease and assumes all of from the obligations of Assignor, as tenant, under and pursuant to the Leasedate hereof.
