Assumption of Post Termination Obligations. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Lessee shall be responsible for assuming obligations under contracts entered into by Operator in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.05. Operator hereby agrees to indemnify and to hold Lessee harmless from and against any liability in connection with any contracts, agreements or obligations not entered into in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.05.
