Common use of Assumption of Regulatory Commitments Clause in Contracts

Assumption of Regulatory Commitments. From and after the Closing Date, Buyer will assume control of and responsibility for all costs, obligations and Liabilities arising from or related to, any commitments or obligations to any Governmental Entity involving the ANDAs and any of the other Purchased Assets.
