Assumption of Rights, Obligations and Liabilities. TPL Corp hereby accepts the Contribution and assumes, and agrees to be subject to, all rights, obligations and liabilities of, and arising under, the Contributed Interests to the full extent that the Trust has or has been subject heretofore.
