The specific risks vary from one activity to another and from one individual to another, but the risks include, but are not limited to range from: 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains to 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, broken bones, heart attacks, attacks and concussions and/or to 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. Releasing Parties acknowledge that they I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, understand and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in The Xxxx Crew Summer Kickoffany training program. Releasing Parties I hereby assert that their my participation is voluntary and Releasing Parties expressly agree that they knowingly assume all such risks. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: Releasing Parties I also agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EVERGREEN SPORTS, HARMLESS The Xxxx Crew Summer Kickoff its officers, directors, employees, paid and not paid from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, that arise out fees brought as a result of or are my involvement in any way related to the camp or event connected with Evergreen Sports and will reimburse Evergreen Sports for any of the Releasing Parties’ participation in or presence at The Xxxx Crew Summer Kickoffsuch expenses incurred.
