Common use of Assumptions and Prerequisites Clause in Contracts

Assumptions and Prerequisites. In order to successfully complete the Services, Client will need to provide, or make available, the following: 3.1. The Client’s environment will be running on a supported system. The Klocwork system requirements can be found at: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en/klocwork/current/systemrequirements 3.2. Client has an active Klocwork subscription or maintenance and support agreement. 3.3. Client has reviewed and accepted this Statement of Work. 3.4. Client has selected, as stated in the Order Form, a service tier level that identifies the extent of the engagement (see Section 4 - Delivery Activities below). 3.5. Client will provide the platform and hardware support required. 3.6. Client has identified a project manager and sponsor to work jointly with the Consultant to plan activities and ensure that required Client resources are available as needed. 3.7. Client’s project development team is available and completely dedicated during the scheduled time of onsite or remote delivery.
