Common use of ASSUMPTIONS CONCERNING FUNDING OF EURODOLLAR ADVANCES Clause in Contracts

ASSUMPTIONS CONCERNING FUNDING OF EURODOLLAR ADVANCES. Calculation of all amounts payable to a Lender under this Article 3 shall be made as though that Lender had actually funded its relevant Eurodollar Advances through the purchase of deposits in the relevant market bearing interest at the rate applicable to such Eurodollar Advances in an amount equal to the amount of the Eurodollar Advances and having a maturity comparable to the relevant Interest Period and through the transfer of such Eurodollar Advances from an offshore office of that Lender to a domestic office of that Lender in the United States of America; provided however, that each Lender may fund each of its Eurodollar Advances in any manner it sees fit (including without limitation through the London interbank market, the secondary certificates of deposit market and bankers acceptances) and the foregoing assumption shall be used only for calculation of amounts payable under this Article 3.
