Common use of Assumptions in Insolvency Opinion Clause in Contracts

Assumptions in Insolvency Opinion. Each Issuer shall conduct its business so that the assumptions made with respect to such Issuer in any non-consolidation Opinion of Counsel, dated the date of the applicable Series Supplement, delivered in connection with the Notes and any subsequent non-consolidation opinion delivered on behalf of such Issuer as required by the terms and conditions of this Indenture (an “Insolvency Opinion”) shall be true and correct in all respects.
