Assumptions Regarding Funding by Lenders. With respect to Revolving Loans to be made after the Effective Date, unless Administrative Agent shall have been notified by any Lender that such Lender will not make available to Administrative Agent a Revolving Loan to be made by such Lender, Administrative Agent may assume that such Lender will make the proceeds of such Revolving Loan available to Administrative Agent in accordance with this Section and Administrative Agent may (but shall not be obligated to), in reliance upon such assumption, make available to Borrowers the amount of such Revolving Loan to be provided by such Lender.
