Assurance against Discrimination. 6.1.1 GOB shall not take, and shall ensure that no Governmental Authority takes, any discriminatory action which materially and adversely affects the Project, the performance of the Company’s obligations or the enjoyment of the Company’s rights under the Project Agreements or except as provided in the Project Agreements, compulsorily acquire the Facility or the Company, whether in whole or in part.
