Common use of Assurance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Assurance Certificate. At the time of execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received a certificate containing certain assurances set forth therein from the Principal Financial Officer of the Company in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters.
