Common use of Assurance of Further Action Clause in Contracts

Assurance of Further Action. From time to time after the Closing and without further consideration from Buyer, but at Buyer’s expense, Seller shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Buyer such further instruments of sale, assignment, transfer and delivery and take such other action as Buyer may reasonably request in order to more effectively sell, assign, transfer and deliver and reduce to the possession of Buyer any and all of the Stock and consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.

Assurance of Further Action. From time to time after the Closing and without further consideration from Buyer, but at Buyer’s expense, Seller Sellers shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Buyer such further instruments of sale, assignment, transfer and delivery and take such other action as Buyer may reasonably request in order to more effectively sell, assign, transfer and deliver and reduce to the possession of Buyer any and all of the Stock and consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.

From time to time after the Closing and without further consideration from BuyerPurchaser, but at BuyerPurchaser’s sole expense, Seller shall execute and deliver, or cause deliver to be executed and delivered, to Buyer Purchaser such further instruments of salecontribution, conveyance, assignment, transfer and delivery and take such other action as Buyer Purchaser may reasonably request in order to more effectively sell, assign, transfer and deliver and reduce to the possession of Buyer any and all of the Stock and consummate the transactions Purchase as contemplated herebyherein.
