Common use of Assurance of Lien Position Clause in Contracts

Assurance of Lien Position. Assurances, to the reasonable satisfaction of Xxxxxx, of Xxxxxx’s requisite lien position with respect to the Collateral, including, but not limited to, Xxxxxx’s receipt of landlord consents and waivers from third parties claiming rights in the Collateral under statute, contract or otherwise.
