The Client assures and guarantees, that the Funds belong to him/her and that they are free of any pledge, charge, lien or other encumbrance, and that the Funds are not the direct or indirect proceeds of any illegal act or omission or product of any criminal activity, and that the Customer acts for himself/herself and is not a representative or trustee of a third person, unless satisfactory documentation to the contrary is provided.
