At arm's length. All transactions between the members of the Group, between any member of the Group and any current or past member of the Seller's Group, and between any member of the Group and a related company as mentioned in article 8b Corporate Income Tax Act (Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969), have been and are on fully arm's length terms.
At arm's length. In any event, the Parties intend for any decision taken by Xxxx in relation to WorxInvest or transaction, agreement or other interaction between Gimv and WorxInvest to be done at arm’s length taking into account the applicable law, rules and market practice relevant to that decision, transaction or agreement.
