Common use of ATHLETE Developments Clause in Contracts

ATHLETE Developments. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, any inventions, additions, improvements, modifications and the like that may be Conceived or Reduced to Practice by Evogene’s employees, agents or independent contractors in the course of the Funded Project with respect to ATHLETE and the G2P Platform shall be owned solely by Evogene.
