ATRIX INSPECTIONS Clause Samples
The 'ATRIX INSPECTIONS' clause establishes the right and procedures for conducting inspections of goods, services, or premises related to the contract. Typically, this clause outlines who may perform inspections, the timing and frequency allowed, and the standards or criteria that must be met during the inspection process. For example, it may permit a buyer to examine delivered products to ensure they meet agreed specifications before final acceptance. The core function of this clause is to ensure quality control and compliance, allowing parties to identify and address defects or non-conformities before they become larger issues.
