6.3.3 The rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section 6.3 shall apply to the termination of all ISP-Bound Traffic exchanged between the Parties in AT&T-21STATE. All ISP-Bound Traffic in AT&T-21STATE is subject to the rebuttable presumption.
