AT&T Mobility Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Charges that AT&T Mobility bills Frontier for AT&T Mobility's Services shall not exceed the Charges for Frontier's comparable Services, except to the extent that AT&T Mobility’s cost to provide such AT&T Mobility Services to Frontier exceeds the Charges for Frontier's comparable Services and AT&T Mobility has demonstrated such cost to Frontier or, at Frontier's request, to the Commission or the FCC.
