AT&T Rent Amount. For the avoidance of doubt, subject to Section 25(b)(i) and Section 25(j), upon the termination of this Agreement as to any Site, such Site will not be not be included in any subsequent calculation of the AT&T Rent Amount, and the AT&T Rent Amount for the month of termination will be prorated as provided in Section 4(b).
