Attachment and Occupancy Fees. Fees for pole attachment and conduit occupancy shall be based on the facilities for which licenses have been issued as of the date of billing by BellSouth, shall be computed as set forth herein. 20.1.1 Charges associated with newly licensed attachments or occupancies and other attachments or occupancies of less than the entire annual billing period shall be prorated. 20.1.2 Charges shall be prorated retroactively in the event of the removal of Licensee's facilities. 20.1.3 The amount of any advance payment required shall be due within sixty (60) days after receipt of an invoice from BellSouth.
