Attachment, Judgment, Tax Liens. The issuance, filing or levy or seizure against Borrower of one or more attachments, executions, tax liens or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $250,000 on an individual basis or $1,000,000 in the aggregate, which is not discharged in full or stayed (through appeal or otherwise) within thirty (30) days after issuance or filing, or the issuance by a court of competent jurisdiction of an injunction or similar restraint that is reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Change to the Borrower, Guarantor or a Timeshare Project.
