Attachment, Judgment, Tax Liens. The issuance, filing, levy, or seizure against all or any portion of the Collateral or any assets of Borrower or Guarantor, of one (1) or more attachments, injunctions, executions, tax liens, or judgments for the payment of money cumulatively in excess of $10,000, that is not discharged in full or stayed within thirty (30) days after such issuance, filing, levy, or seizure.
