Attachment, Judgment, Tax Liens. The issuance, filing, levy or seizure against the Collateral, or, with respect to the Resorts or the Obligations, against Borrower of one or more attachments, injunctions, executions, tax liens or judgments for the payment of money cumulatively in excess of $100,000.00, which is not discharged in full or stayed within thirty (30) days after issuance or filing.
