Attachment; Judgment. Tax Liens. The issuance, filing, levy, or seizure against any Applicable Resort of one or more attachments, injunctions, executions, tax liens, or judgments for the payment of money cumulatively in excess of $25,000, that is not discharged in full or stayed within sixty (60) days after such issuance, filing, levy, or seizure.
