Attachment of the Account and set-off a. If the bank is notified to impose an attachment on the balance of a joint account holder, such attachment shall be enforced only on his/her share. The Bank shall stop withdrawals from the joint account in an amount equal to the attached share or as decided by the authority issuing such attachment. In such case, the Bank shall inform the account holders or whoever represents them of the seizure/attachment within no more than five days as of the date of placing the attachment.
