Attempt at Resolution. Although the Bankruptcy Court retains exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to the enforcement, implementation, application or interpretation of this Settlement Agreement, the parties agree that prior to seeking recourse to the Bankruptcy Court, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through the following process:
