Attempt to resolve Dispute. (a) After either party notifies the other of a Dispute, the parties must, without delay and in good faith, meet to attempt to resolve the Dispute. (b) If a Dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days, the Dispute will be referred to LaunchVic’s CEO (or delegated authority) and the Recipient’s equivalent (CEO) for resolution.
