Common use of Attempted Transfer Void Clause in Contracts

Attempted Transfer Void. Any attempted Transfer which violates the provisions of this Agreement shall be void and the purported buyer, transferee, pledgee, mortgagee or other recipient shall have no interest in or rights to LLC assets, profits, losses or distributions, and neither the Members nor the LLC shall be required to recognize any such interest or rights.
