Common use of Attendance at Final Approval Hearing Clause in Contracts

Attendance at Final Approval Hearing. Any Objector who timely submits an Objection has the option to appear and request to be heard at the Final Approval Hearing, either in person or through the Objector’s counsel. Any Objector wishing to appear and be heard at the Final Approval Hearing must include a request to appear and provide notice of his or her intention to appear in the body of the Objector’s Objection.
