ATTENDANCE AT SAGENT MEETINGS. Distributor's General Manager will be allowed to participate in all major and relevant Sagent meetings concerning trends, markets, products and strategy like a General Manager of a Sagent subsidiary participating in Sagent's General Manager meetings. Distributor may be excluded from any meeting if, in the sole discretion of the President of Sagent it would be inappropriate for a representative of Distributor to attend.
